Growing up in a small town in South Africa, I did not really know about life and making choices. You were taught to respect older people, be polite, and children should be seen but not heard. That was what I know, and I did. But the problem was that older people took advantage of that polite little girl. Sexual abuse was part of my life. And then that fear of standing up for myself and what was making me uncomfortable. Because you will be polite.
But there was a time in my life that everything change. And today, I am a wife, a mother, and a businesswoman. I want to share my journey of struggles with you. But more, I want to share my victories with you.
